We serve as an owner’s trusted proxy; making sure every dollar, decision, and deliverable serves the owner’s best interests. We act as your advocate across planning, design, and construction.

Scope: Advocacy for the owner’s interests at any of the above levels.

Focus: Protecting the owner’s objectives, risk, and value.

We protect your investment as if it were our own.

REID Consulting will serve as your agent, ensuring decisions and actions by others (consultants, designers, contractors, vendors, and internal staff) align with your goals and constraints. We interpret complex technical and contractual issues and hold vendors accountable.

Our Role & Leadership Focus:

· Translate executive direction into project actions.

· Review and advise on contracts, budgets, and schedules.

· Provide independent evaluation of options, claims, and performance.

· Manage communication between the owner and delivery teams.

· Step in to fill capability gaps in planning, design, or construction oversight.
