REID Consulting was founded to bring that approach directly to clients who deserve it. My background spans over two decades leading design and construction programs at one of the world's largest energy services companies, across the Middle East, Eurasia, Asia, and the Western Hemisphere. That experience, combined with 30 years of practice across 27 countries and $2.1 billion in development, has shaped a discipline I bring to every engagement regardless of size, stage, or complexity.
